About Me

* I am a dorky fangirl who gets overly excited and often squees and bounces and rarely acts my age

* I don't like hate, wank, prejudice, shipping wars, and intolerance

* Sometimes I write a lot. Sometimes, not so much.

* All of my fic can be found at my website if you're only interested in friending me to read the fic. No need to Friend this journal also if you have no interest in me.

* I get really excited about things I like so, yeah, I mentioned the bouncing and squeeing thing already

* I'm 30+, have been writing since I was 8, have been writing fanfic since 1999 (started in Buffy fandom, joined HP in early 2004), am a sucker for romance of any rating with trips to the dark side on occasion, enjoy het and slash and femmeslash (I write all three but mostly het), and I tend to write post-Hogwarts fics.

In other words, don't bring the hate around me.

* I issue Challenge Me requests to my F-list where you can make requests for me to write something and, more often than not, I will do my best to answer as many as possible.

* I enjoy receiving recs (fic and art) from my F-list so do not hesitate to comment with something you think I'd enjoy and might not know about!

I'm a huge Hermione shipper (obviously). I'll write/read Hermione/Nearly Anyone. I'll list some favorites to give you an idea of what you might find around here most often and what pairings I will usually write during requests. I'm somewhat picky with het and prefer Hermione-centric. In regards to slash, I tend to like rare pairs. For Gen fic, there are some I'll almost always read. Others depend on my mood, same as shippy fic. (** indicates nearly an OTP) Here is a general list of favorites and quirks.
